The Bun Mobile, Brisbane’s very first food truck, hit the streets in March 2012.

The daily menu features three classic flavours: twice cooked pork,
teriyaki chicken or wagyu beef, as well as daily changing specials and
vegetarian and vegan options. These are all created and served by owner
operator Harry Fleming, a former Executive Chef and Restauranteur.

There is no comprise on value and taste, and The Bun Mobile specialises in
serving innovative bun fillings. Quality local ingredients are used and the
result is a fusion of flavours which creates an exotic twist on the humble
gua boa. The Bun Mobile works on the streets and at major events, as well
as serving customised catering menus for wedding, parties and corporate

Since the truck commenced service nearly seven years ago, its reputation
has spread across Australia and overseas. The New York Times reported in
its Travel Section that the truck is one of the best eateries in Brisbane on or
off wheels and has been featured on several Taiwanese, Singapore and
Indonesian television shows, and regularly features on all the “Best of”

The Bun Mobile has been voted Brisbane’s Best Food Truck in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
