Not even a steady drizzle deterred over 350 people from visiting on Sunday 30 June to see the many wonderful old vehicles on display for the annual Vintage Car Club event at Ormiston House and to listen to the jazz entertainment while enjoying their Devonshire Teas on the verandah.
To add to the atmosphere of the day many of the car owners dressed in period costume, some even wearing outfits that matched their cars! There were many umbrellas providing shelter from the rain for car owners and visitors alike, but it was still a very enjoyable day even if at times owners needed to retreat to their cars.
If you are interested in old cars, don’t miss this very special annual event in 2014.
