Porsche Concours a great day for all!

There was a tremendous turnout of both cars and visitors for the special Porsche Concours at Ormiston House on Sunday June 16. The attraction of over 70 fascinating cars, along with the lovely warm and sunny weather drew in a crowd of over 400 visitors. The  cars on display ranged from the 1960s to present day, and there was one very rare car with left hand drive valued in the region of $1 million! The many beautifully maintained and polished Porsches looked spectacular displayed on the lawn of the house.
It was wonderful to see so many visitors enjoying their own picnics on the lawn, while soaking up the sunshine and appreciating the amazing views out to Moreton Bay. It was a superb day enjoyed by participants and spectators alike. Our volunteers did a sterling job of opening the house to the crowds of visitors and serving over 260 Devonshire teas on the verandah.
