Edwardian Tea Party: August 2015

IMAG0454IMAG0459IMAG0460Over 60 ladies (and a few brave men!) attended a lovely afternoon in the elegant surroundings of the house, enjoying a tasty selection of sweets and savouries reminiscent of the tea parties of yesteryear.

Guests entered into the spirit of the occasion, wearing a colourful array of hats and fascinators. There were prizes for the three hats judged to be the best, and a number of guests went away happy with a superb selection of raffle prizes.

The guests were entertained by Jessica Stoja on piano in the drawing room of the house, which was open for the guests to wander through the beautiful interiors of the rooms.
